Safety Warning!

Alphabracelets are strung on the highest quality beading wire available and are very strong and well made. However, they contain small components and may pose a choking hazard in the unlikely event the bracelet were to come apart. It is recommended that:
* The child wear the bracelet only under constant adult supervision.
* Do not allow child to put jewellery to their mouth.
* Do not allow child to wear bracelet when sleeping or out of sight.
Product packaging will include the above safety warning.

Sizing information

Measure baby's wrist with a flexible ( eg dressmakers) tape measure wrapped around the wrist snugly. Alternatively use a piece of string, wool, ribbon or even a strip of paper, mark where the ends meet then measure it against a flat ruler.

IMPORTANT – For a baby or children's bracelet ADD 1.5 cm to the wrist measurement to determine the bracelet size to order – the bracelet length is from end to end including the clasp. Please take the time to measure baby's wrist so as to ensure the bracelet is a perfect fit and to avoid disappointment. If the bracelet is a gift and you are not sure of the size refer to our chart below for the average sizes – this a guide only.

All baby's Alphabracelets have a 35 mm safety / extender chain.

If you would like the bracelet to have a little extra room for growth, then you will need to adjust the length ordered accordingly – you may need to order the bracelet in a larger size.

* Due to small variations in some beads and also the need to design each bracelet individually because of the size ordered and length of names, the bracelet you order may have a small difference in size from that ordered – always less than 0.5 cm.

JEWELLERY CARE of your baby's name bracelet

Keep the bracelet in an airtight plastic bag when not being worn - this will help prevent tarnishing and scratching. It is not recommended that the baby wear the bracelet when being bathed or taken for a swim or when in contact with chemicals such as soaps, chlorine or sunscreen.

Please do not use dip style jewellery cleansers as it will remove the nice oxidised look of the Bali beads. The sterling silver components will shine up beautifully with our jewellery polishing cloth which can be purchased for just $6. Product packaging will include jewellery care information.

Alphabracelets jewellery items are made to order and shipped within four to five business days of receiving your order and payment. If you need the item in a hurry, let us know and we will try our best to get it to you in time. At peak times ie. Mothers' Day and Christmas please allow as much time as possible - at least 3 weeks.

Shipping to most destinations within Australia usually takes between three to five business days by regular mail.

Bracelets sent by Express post to most capital cities and some major centres within Australia will arrive the next business day.

GUARANTEE

Alphabracelets are guaranteed for 30 days against defects in materials or craftsmanship and I will gladly replace or repair your bracelet if there is any problem.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or crafting of your bracelet, please notify Alphabracelets immediately and return it by registered post within 14 days – shipping costs will be refunded.

Alphabracelets are custom made to order and cannot be resold if returned. We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
